At Yoga Hero, we put a focus on feeling fit and fabulous through yoga.We really believe yoga is one of the best things you can do for your body and mind; as such we run classes for beginners to boffins, regular beginners and improvers workshops as well as ‘Introduction to Yoga courses’.
