It is a huge privilege to work with Sarah and Naomi and support their ongoing work in the arts and community. I’ve had over 30 years of experience in community development and finance aspects of charities and feel excited to be a part of this dynamic and innovative charity reaching out to all kinds of different people to see them grow and develop, and engaged in the arts and community.
Vanessa
Vanessa is a Community Project Manager for Interact and Chair of Trustees for FIP.
I love being part of Fall Into Place because I believe Sarah and Naomi have seen what I’ve seen and are passionate about it. That is, the brilliance of theatre and drama to create space for people to connect, reflect, laugh, grow in confidence, challenge themselves, learn to be in different group dynamics and have plenty of fun. It’s great to be part of what they’re doing to help make all this more accessible to people in our area.
Jemma
Jemma is a Talent Acquisition Co-ordinator and is a Trustee and Treasurer for FIP.
After During Covid-19 I had the opportunity to witness first-hand what a huge impact Fall into Place had on the community. During lockdown the team worked relentlessly to ensure families had access to creative and fun activities during the toughest of times. I was truly inspired by the work of Fall into Place and continue to be, so I was delighted to have the opportunity to join as a trustee. Working for a global organisation I bring with me a corporate skill-set, along with a community focused mindset and I am super excited to continue to support Naomi and Sarah with the amazing work they do!
Nikki
Nikki is a Service Coordinator for RVS and Trustee for FIP
In my role I simply encourage Sarah and Naomi to continue on their amazing journey with the fabulous Fall into Place, and am utterly thrilled to be on board.
I adore the various nuances of theatre; its ability to enliven the most timid person, or its ability to make one think or laugh or share stories. It builds confidence and trust between strangers. My degree is in Theatre and Performance and I dabble here and there outside my day job at the charity.
Extremely excited to see where FIP can take the team in the future!
Felicity
Felicity is the Auditions & Music Department Co-ordinator for Opera North and Trustee for FIP.
I am inspired by the way that access to the arts can expand horizons and create a lasting, positive impact to individuals and communities beyond the performance itself. It’s been incredible witnessing the growth of Fall Into Place over the past couple of years; seeing more and more people, schools and companies putting their trust in the work that Sarah and Naomi do, and of course the brilliant outcomes that they achieve. I’m thrilled to be part of the Fall Into Place team and excited to see how far they’ll go!
Ciaran
Ciaran is a ??? and is a Trustee for FIP.
I am excited to be a part of Fall Into Place, supporting Sarah and Naomi in delivering for local communities through the arts. Drama and theatre are so important in building confidence and supporting wellbeing, and it is so important that they are accessible to anyone who wants to become involved.

Aisha
Trustee for FIP.
I have a strong background in broadcasting (primarily BBC), and the arts (including theatre), and today as a freelancer and performer I often engage my creative work with issues like climate, racial, and social justice, women’s issues and human rights. I share FIP’s progressive values and their passion for empowering and connecting all people through creativity, whilst putting fun and wellbeing at the heart of everything they do. As a trustee I hope to bring value from my experience to FIP, and support Naomi and Sarah’s inspiring vision for this charity’s future.
