Creativity for wellbeing workshops
Do you miss being creative with others? Are you in need of a good laugh and positive boost? Then our creative wellbeing workshops might just be calling your name!
We take a gentle approach and create a friendly, safe space for you to try new creative things, from movement to creative games to sculpting! We also include mindful practises to unwind at the start and end of our sessions.
We build our creative wellbeing sessions around you and what you want to get out of it, so let us know what you love doing, or have really missed recently, and we’ll use our imaginations to make it happen!
All sessions are free to attend. For dates and details please get in touch – info@fallintoplace.co.uk.

Seacroft Sociable Folk (In partnership with LS14 Trust and SCOT)
Turning community spirit into community power! Parents in Seacroft we want to hear from you.
This project is about working with a group of parents to explore new ideas to make this community a great place to bring up children.
Have you got an idea of new after school club you want to see or maybe an exercise class for parents…whatever your ideas we want to hear them.
Contact Naomi at naomi@fallintoplace.co.uk for more information and to find out how to get involved.

Creative Carers
Generously funded by Awards for All, National Lottery Community Fund
Our weekly ‘pop along’ drama sessions are the chance to try something new and fun in a friendly setting. There are performance opportunities, but there’s no pressure to perform, you can just come when you can and enjoy the fun!
During the sessions we will:
- Share stories and learn new drama skills
- Encourage laughter and boost your mental wellbeing
- Explore the mindful benefits of doing drama
- Create short sketches
- Have a lot of fun!
You don’t need any experience of doing drama and we warmly welcome people of all ages and mobility to join us. Please contact us if you need support with travel or replacement care costs.
Please note this opportunity is for people who are unpaid carers. This includes people who have been recently bereaved, and there is no limit on how many hours or how regularly you care for someone for you to join us.

We would love to hear from you. Please get in touch:
