Using drama to empower & inspire.

Coronavirus Update:

Due to the government advice, we have temporarily shut down all our clubs and workshops until further notice. We need to ensure we keep people safe, and this is our top priority. With that said we are doing lots to make sure you are not without entertainment, excitement and support from your community! Below are a list of activities taking place online during lockdown:

We will be sharing games, activities and ways to connect with your community online – so do follow us on Twitter or Facebook. We release regular interactive videos on our Play Seacroft Youtube channel so make sure you check that out https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=play+seacroft

We are also running online classes to keep in touch with our regular groups, these times differ temporarily to the ones stated on the ‘What’s on Kentmere’ page and are as follows:

Generation Squad – Monday 4pm
Kentmere Youth Theatre 5-11 year olds – Monday 5pm
Your Place Your Words 11+ – Wednesday 5pm
Please contact us through the website to find out how to join these online classes if you are a new member.

We are also here to support those who need it in the local Seacroft community, so get in touch if you are needing help or concerned about someone else. Let’s all work together to support and be kind to each other and ourselves during these unusual times. Lots of love, the FIP Team xxx

Community Projects

Drama is a wonderful way to increase confidence, reduce stress and improve overall health and wellbeing. All our groups aim to increase confidence and wellbeing in a fun and friendly setting.

Training

We understand every team is unique and face their own individual challenges. We ensure we fully understand your team’s issues and goals first, and create a tailor-made workshop that fits your individual team’s needs.

Generation Squad

People of all ages come together to create plays. ‘Generation Squad’ is an intergenerational drama group who meet in Leeds. We write plays, we act and we make props.

Public Speaking

Every person has valuable contributions to make, but not every person has the confidence to speak out.

School Projects

Events

Make your event memorable and exciting with our live performances, ice breakers and debate sparking live improv sessions

After School Drama

Drama is a fantastic tool for learning, improving communication skills, empathy, innovation and self confidence.

Live Performances

Every person has valuable contributions to make, but not every person has the confidence to speak out.

Carehomes

Drama is a wonderful way to increase confidence, reduce stress and improve overall health and wellbeing. All our groups aim to increase confidence and wellbeing in a fun and friendly setting.

Sponsorship

Make a difference in your local community. 95% of our Generation Squad members stated that they felt a little or a lot more confident after participating in our drama groups and 100% agreed it had a positive impact on their wellbeing. Your support will help local people to fulfill their potential.

PSHE Workshops

Interactive workshops for Key Stage 1 and 2 in emotional resilience, social media and positive thinking.

Become a Sponsor

We’d love to reach more people within our community, particularly those who may be isolated or lacking confidence. We can only do that with support from you: local organisations and individuals.
